Planning for the Possibility of Dementia

Estate planning is all about having a plan in place that covers the certainty of death and the possibility of incapacity. Current incapacity planning, such as advance directives, primarily plan for an accident or illness that overtakes us rapidly. While critical, these forms are not well suited for a disease unlike most others: dementia.
