Most readers of NEET Notes have an estate plan, which means you have written your own plan for who inherits your assets upon your death rather than relying on the state’s default plan. The state’s plan, known as dying intestate (without a will), determines who receives a person’s estate when no estate plan exists. There are times, however, where even when you have a will or trust, the state’s intestacy provisions come into play.
